Classic shou (ripe) pu-erh cake by Kunming Mengxiu Tea Industry. The name '七子饼' means 'seven sons cake' — traditionally seven cakes were wrapped together in bamboo for transport. Smooth, earthy flavor with notes of dark chocolate and dried dates. A comforting daily drinker, endlessly re-steepable.
Brewing Guide
100°C boiling water. 5g per 100ml gaiwan. Rinse twice, then steep 10s, 15s, 20s, adding 5s each round. Good for 10-15 infusions.
