Dark Tea (Heicha)

Dark tea (heicha, 黑茶) is the broader category of post-fermented Chinese teas that includes, but isn't limited to, Yunnan pu-erh. The two most important non-puerh heicha are Liu Bao from Guangxi and Fu Cha (Fuzhuan) from Hunan — the latter famous for its 'golden flower' fungus that develops during storage.
