Longjing

Longjing, also romanised Long Jing or Lung Ching, is the flat-leaf pan-fired green tea from Hangzhou's West Lake region — one of China's ten most famous teas. The premium Ming Qian (before 5 April) harvest gives the benchmark cup: buttery mouthfeel, chestnut aroma, bright jade-green liquor. We source ours from the Ming Cha producer near Xihu.
