• We ship via DHL. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse.
• Delivery: 2–21 business days depending on destination
• Express delivery is available at checkout for select countries

Where we ship

We ship across the EU and worldwide. Most EU orders arrive within 2–7 business days. International orders (US, UK, Australia, Canada) typically take 7–21 business days.

Returns

We want you to love your tea. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return for unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We handle refunds directly via Stripe — email us at WeLoveYou@931.life and we will process your refund within 1–3 business days.
