White Tea

White tea is the least processed of all Chinese tea classes — just wither and dry, no firing, no rolling. The result is a subtle, softly sweet, silky cup you can age into something richer. We'll carry the three classic Fuding / Zhenghe varieties: Silver Needle, White Peony and Shou Mei.
