Lapsang Souchong

Lapsang Souchong — 'Zhengshan Xiaozhong' — is the world's original red tea, born in Tong Mu village deep in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian. The traditional version is withered and dried over pine smoke; the unsmoked 'wild' version (Zhengshan Xiaozhong) is the same leaf without the bonfire.
