2022 Bainian Laoshu Raw Pu-erh Cake (357g) — premium sheng pressed from 100-year-old ancient arbor trees (gushu) high in the mountains of Yunnan. CCIV organic-certified by Yunnan's tea authority, this single-origin raw puerh delivers the deeper, more layered cup that only old-tree material can give: bright honey-floral aroma, thick oily body, lingering huigan sweetness and gentle ancient-tree cha qi. Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 5g per 100ml gaiwan. Rinse once with 95–100°C water, discard. First steep 5s, then add 3–5s per subsequent infusion. Good for 12+ steeps. Western: 3g per 250ml, 95°C, 3 min.
