2022 Dayi 7572 Ripe Pu-erh Cake (Batch 2201, 357g) — the most iconic shu recipe in the world, from Menghai Tea Factory (TAETEA / 大益). First created in 1975, the 7572 is the official benchmark used to grade ripe puerh in China. Rich red-brown liquor, classic notes of dates, cocoa and damp forest, smooth creamy body and a clean sweet huigan. The reference shu every puerh drinker should own. Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 6–7g per 100ml gaiwan or small clay pot. Double rinse with 100°C boiling water. Short 5–10s steeps, extending slowly. Forgiving — good for 10+ infusions. Western: 4g per 300ml, 100°C, 4 min.
