1999 Da Lü Yin 66 'Big Green Seal' Aged Raw Pu-erh Cake (357g) — a highly collectible 25+ year old sheng from Liu Da Cha Shan Tea Co. (六大茶山, the historic 'Six Great Tea Mountains' of Xishuangbanna), produced in cooperation with Yunnan Tea Leaf Import & Export Company. Decades of dry storage have transformed this cake into a classic aged sheng: deep amber liquor, notes of camphor, aged wood, dried fruit and medicinal herbs, with the silky body that only true vintage puerh delivers. Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 5–6g per 100ml. Rinse twice with 100°C water to wake the leaves. First steep 10s, then 5–15s building. A well-aged cake gives 15+ steeps and sweetens over the session.
