Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 6–7g per 100ml gaiwan or small clay pot. Double rinse with 100°C boiling water. Short 5–10s steeps, extending slowly. Forgiving — good for 10+ infusions. Western: 4g per 300ml, 100°C, 4 min.
