2021 Dayi 7552 Ripe Pu-erh Cake (Batch 2101, 357g) — flagship shu bing cha from Menghai Tea Factory (TAETEA / 大益), the brand that defined ripe puerh in the 1970s. The 7552 is a smooth, mid-grade ripe recipe with a deep mahogany liquor, notes of dark chocolate, dates and forest floor, and the clean, sweet finish that has made Dayi the global benchmark for shu puerh. Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 6–7g per 100ml gaiwan or small clay pot. Double rinse with 100°C boiling water. Short 5–10s steeps, extending slowly. Forgiving — good for 10+ infusions. Western: 4g per 300ml, 100°C, 4 min.
