Da Hong Pao Zheng Yan Cha — Standard Grade Wuyi Rock Oolong (200g) — authentic 大红袍 from the Zhengyan ('true cliff') core zone of the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian, a UNESCO World Heritage tea region. Grown in mineral-rich volcanic rock crevices and traditionally charcoal-roasted, this rock oolong delivers the classic 'yan yun' (岩韻, mineral rock-rhyme) with notes of roasted nut, dark caramel and ripe stone fruit. Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 5–6g per 100ml gaiwan or Yixing pot. Rinse once with 95°C water. Short 8–12s steeps, extending gradually. Roasted Wuyi rock teas give 8–10 good infusions. Western: 3g per 250ml, 95°C, 3 min.
