Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 5g per 100ml gaiwan. Rinse once with 95–100°C water, discard. First steep 5s, then add 3–5s per subsequent infusion. Good for 12+ steeps. Western: 3g per 250ml, 95°C, 3 min.
