Brewing Guide
Gongfu: 5–6g per 100ml gaiwan or Yixing pot. Rinse once with 95°C water. Short 8–12s steeps, extending gradually. Roasted Wuyi rock teas give 8–10 good infusions. Western: 3g per 250ml, 95°C, 3 min.
